About the Role

Shape the Paid Search strategy and execution for ambitious brands. Partner closely with clients to guide direction, optimize activity, and uncover new growth opportunities. Drive daily performance across Google, Microsoft and SA360, analyze performance data, and maintain expert-level platform knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Paid Search for 5-6 clients by developing growth-oriented roadmaps and testing plans.
  • Drive daily performance across Google, Microsoft and SA360.
  • Maintain rigorous setup standards, accurate spend pacing, and continuous testing.
  • Analyze performance data and platform insights to report back to the client.
  • Translate data into effective solutions and clear narratives.
  • Maintain expert-level platform knowledge through continuous upskilling.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Paid Search experience from an agency or in-house setting.
  • Experience in eCommerce/Retail or agency environments.
  • Proven expertise navigating platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360 and feed optimisation platforms.
  • Commitment to driving best in class setup, rigorous quality assurance, and precise pacing accuracy.
  • Proactive mindset and a passion for staying embedded in the technical details that drive real performance.
  • Track record of driving Paid Search performance, by developing performance-driven roadmaps and with continuous testing.
  • Must include a cover letter with application.
