About the Role

Responsibilities
- Handle difficult situations and guide the team when challenges arise.
- Engage with guests at tables to ensure a positive experience.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the team to embrace company values and culture.
- Monitor and troubleshoot building maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure all ordering and tasks are completed for successful store operations.
- Support personal and team growth within the company.
