About the Role

This role focuses on supporting critical customers as they onboard to our service, including some of the world’s largest enterprises as they transition to the cloud. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, guide implementation, and help build advanced governance solutions that protect enterprise assets. The candidate will also participate directly in service development activities and collaborate closely with the broader development team, bringing a customer-centric perspective to product requirements and translating customer feedback into actionable input that shapes the development roadmap and improves the overall service.
