About the Role
The Part-Time Campus Coordinator serves as the primary on-site leader for our Brockport campus during a season of pastoral transition. This temporary role provides organizational leadership, communication, and coordination to ensure the campus continues to thrive while we search for and onboard a new campus pastor. The Campus Coordinator will work closely with church leadership to facilitate ministry, support volunteers, coordinate events and classes, and serve as the primary point of contact for the Brockport congregation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary representative and point person for the Brockport campus.
- Maintain regular communication with church leadership regarding campus needs, opportunities, and concerns.
- Support volunteers and ministry leaders as needed.
- Ensure volunteer teams remain informed, equipped, and aligned with ministry goals.
- Facilitate regular communication, planning meetings, and follow-up with ministry leaders.
- Coordinate logistics including scheduling, room setup, volunteer assignments, supplies, and communication.
- Work with ministry leaders to ensure events are well-planned and effectively executed.
- Maintain the campus ministry calendar and coordinate scheduling with church staff.
- Coordinate with central staff on facilities, technology, communications, and ministry support.
- Assist with other campus operations that support the health and effectiveness of the congregation.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to lead through influence and build positive relationships with volunteers.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience coordinating teams, events, or ministry volunteers is preferred.
- Working knowledge of basic office software and digital communication tools.
