About the Role
Indera is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide Community Habilitation for a young adult woman with a developmental disability in the Auburn area. The role involves supporting her in developing independent living skills and increasing community involvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide Community Habilitation for a young adult woman with a developmental disability.
- Support the individual in working on independent living skills.
- Assist the individual in becoming more involved in community activities.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Effective communication and organizational skills required.
- Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
- Reliable transportation to arrive at the job site at the scheduled time.
- Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.
- Background check, fingerprinting, and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire.
