About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and driven Store Manager to join our growing auto parts team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about retail, leadership, and driving store growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced retail store environment.
- Assist outside sales in identifying, developing, and maintaining wholesale accounts.
- Build, guide, and develop an engaged team to deliver excellent customer care and business results.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
- Protect and maintain the security of store assets.
- Maintain store safety and appearance standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
