About the Role
Health Research, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator II to join the Office of Contracts & Operations team in Menands, NY. The incumbent will manage contract administration activities, including creation, negotiation, amendments, budget modifications, voucher review, and agreement close-outs, while collaborating with internal departments and the New York State Department of Health.
Responsibilities
- Create and negotiate contracts
- Process contract amendments and budget modifications
- Review vouchers for payment
- Manage the close-out of subrecipient and contractor agreements
- Collaborate with the Office of Sponsored Programs, Office of Corporate Compliance, and Corporate Controller
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of contract administration experience
- Associate’s degree in a related field and four years of contract administration experience
- Six years of contract administration experience
- Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the work location
- Must reside in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Vermont, or Massachusetts

- $4,000 annual downstate adjustment for eligible counties
