About the Role
The Multi-Site Manager leads two urgent care facilities, overseeing daily operations, patient satisfaction, revenue, and profitability. This role focuses on driving the company mission, managing employee engagement, and ensuring high-quality, efficient patient care through effective leadership and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations for two urgent care sites.
- Oversee patient satisfaction, revenue, and site profitability.
- Manage employee engagement, clinical team selection, performance, and development.
- Ensure sites are adequately staffed and manage scheduling for all clinical positions.
- Monitor patient flow and wait times to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with providers to ensure optimal patient care conditions.
- Maintain OSHA compliance and oversee facility maintenance and housekeeping.
- Manage site metrics, accounts receivables, and supply ordering.
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching for site team members.
- Address and resolve patient grievances and complaints.
- Track labor costs and operational expenses against budgets.
- Present in clinics at least 5 days a week, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Willingness to work alternate shifts and float to other clinic locations.
- Participation in weekend rotations as assigned.
