About the Role

Join Ultra Intelligence & Communications' Mission Solutions team as a mid-level Software Engineer. You will support high-demand programs and mission application development, working alongside a Solutions Architect and leveraging AI tools. This role offers a growth path towards a Solutions Architect position, with opportunities for feature ownership and field support.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to software development across the Mission Solutions portfolio.
• Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate delivery.
• Take ownership of features.
• Support field and integration activities as needed.
• Support solution engineering in the field.
• Support military exercises and major integration events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver production software.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance; active clearance preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Candidates may need to obtain the relevant security clearance or handle export-controlled material.
