About the Role

As a Banking Advisor within the PNC Private Bank Connect organization, you will be a trusted advisor in a virtually delivered, high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will serve as a strategic partner to clients by adding value and providing best-in-class products and business solutions. Your ability to develop and cultivate relationships will support business growth through client retention, deepening, and acquisition. You will provide advice and guidance around your client’s entire balance sheet, enhancing communication, inter-personal skills, credit and cash management product knowledge, customer service delivery, and virtual technology utilization.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies and provides guidance and advice on appropriate credit and cash management solutions for current and prospective high-net worth clients as part of a broader Private Banking team.
  • Meets with internal and external clients to introduce and sell AMG banking products and services.
  • Builds relationships with internal and external partners, clients and COIs.
  • Makes day-to-day decisions in executing AMG banking transactions to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Manages and monitors book of business to ensure client satisfaction, client retention and expansion of sales revenue.
  • Provides leadership and mentoring to junior members of team.
  • Ensures compliance with current banking policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Proficient in the origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit banking products and services.
  • Demonstrates strong ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests by utilizing knowledge of advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
  • Customer Focused: Knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Managing Risk: Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
  • Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
  • This position is subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA) and, for any registered role, the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act) and/or the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), which prohibit the hiring of individuals with certain criminal history.

  • Base Salary: $91,000.00 – $202,800.00
