About the Role
As an Investment Advisor within the PNC Private Bank Connect organization, you will be a trusted advisor in a virtually delivered, high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will serve as a strategic partner to clients by adding value and providing best-in-class products and business solutions. Your ability to develop and cultivate relationships will support business growth through client retention, deepening, and acquisition. Providing goals-based advice and guidance around your client’s current financial picture will support your and your team's success. Responsibilities
- Manages accounts in accordance with investment objectives developed with the client.
- Delivers the PNC investment experience to clients, providing actionable advice, market insight, and reporting on investment results.
- Demonstrates knowledge of complex investment and asset management strategies.
- Maintains and grows assets under management.
- Supports sales efforts by introducing and expanding financial services to the client.
- Executes risk management practices by adhering to PNC's policies and procedures.
- Is customer focused, aligning customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and leveraging that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Manages risk by assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to and support of PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Requirements
- Previous PNC Private Bank experience strongly preferred.
- This position is subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA) and, for any registered role, the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act) and/or the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), which prohibit the hiring of individuals with certain criminal history.

Salary/Compensations
- Base Salary: $112,000.00 – $249,600.00
- This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
