About the Role

The Supervisor is responsible for managing store operations, upholding company standards, and supporting the general manager to deliver excellent customer service, maximize financial returns, and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage store safety, risk prevention, and emergency response
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Collaborate with store personnel, management teams, and corporate departments
  • Prioritize daily store activities under general manager direction
  • Oversee sales floor and fountain operations
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for corporate and vendors in the absence of senior management
  • Model exemplary customer service and leadership
  • Monitor sales and labor costs to maximize profitability
  • Resolve escalated customer service issues
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and branding standards
  • Manage allergen communication and policy compliance
  • Utilize KDS system functionality
  • Assist with payroll, scheduling, interviewing, and training
  • Coach, mentor, and empower staff
  • Handle basic employee relations and disciplinary actions

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to travel to various locations across the country

Experience Level

  • One or more years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment

Salary/Compensations
