About the Role

You will own the product strategy for an AI management system, transitioning from hypothesis to a revenue-generating line of business. You will pressure-test plans with customers, define the product roadmap, and lead cross-functional teams to build safe, effective AI agents for health systems.

Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of customer workflows and pain points through direct engagement with design partners.
• Partner with Engineering and Go-To-Market teams to conduct market and competitive analyses.
• Develop a strategic point of view on agentic AI in healthcare to establish market leadership.
• Translate complex problems into clear priorities, explicit tradeoffs, and a sequenced roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to maintain momentum and deliver rapid iterations.
• Work with Marketing to develop value messaging and product positioning for diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience in B2B SaaS startups taking products from hypothesis to revenue.
• Demonstrated history of building agentic AI or AI-powered platforms and applications.
• Ability to hold technical conversations and make sound trade-off calls with engineers.
• High agency and resourcefulness in decision-making with incomplete information.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in using AI tools daily to accelerate product development processes.
• High standard for product craft and user experience.
