About the Role
Help people experiencing homelessness find a place to call home and become self-sufficient by identifying causes of homelessness, coordinating service teams, developing independent living plans, and providing referrals for essential services.
Responsibilities
- Identify the causes of homelessness for clients.
- Coordinate with service team members to develop independent living plans.
- Meet regularly with clients to help them work their plan and find a home.
- Provide direction and referrals for employment, education, medical and mental health services, childcare, substance abuse, and more, depending on client needs.
Requirements
- Able to keep track of multiple priorities.
- Complete tasks on time.
- Keep appropriate people informed of task status.

- Great communication skills (written and oral).

Salary/Compensations
- Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage, prevailing wage, or exempt salary requirements under federal, state and local laws.
