About the Role
Morgan Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to create memorable resident experiences and support smooth community operations, often across multiple sites. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors.
- Address resident needs with empathy and professionalism.
- Conduct community tours for walk-ins and scheduled appointments.
- Facilitate seamless move-in and move-out processes.
- Escalate resident concerns to leadership as necessary.
- Inspect homes prior to move-in to ensure quality standards.
- Identify and report maintenance or curb appeal issues during property walks.
- Assist in the planning and execution of resident events.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and community policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records.
- Support the preparation of community reports.
- Perform assigned day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Possess 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Be willing to drive between communities as needed.
