About the Role
Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to join their growing team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand's values of care, connection, and support.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a wave and a smile.
- Enthusiastically sell products and the Unlimited Wash Club membership program.
- Genuinely thank each customer for choosing Mister.
- Anticipate and solve customer needs.
- Ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car.
- Keep sites clean, inviting, and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals.
