About the Role

Join the London Marine Cargo team in a client-facing role focused on enhancing technical insurance skills. This position offers the opportunity to work within a global broking centre, supporting a broad portfolio of clients while developing your career in a collaborative, expert environment.

Responsibilities

• Support senior brokers with the preparation, negotiation, and placement of renewal and new business.
• Prepare and update market presentations and broker submissions.
• Review and draft insurance documentation including slips, endorsements, and binders.
• Utilize electronic placing platforms to support the placement process.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with insurers and underwriters.
• Liaise with Client Service Delivery teams to ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and policy issuance.
• Maintain placement records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Represent the team professionally in internal and external meetings.

Requirements

• Experience in a broking or similar insurance role.
• Familiarity with insurance industry systems and tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships.
