About the Role

This role manages the administrative infrastructure for the claims team, including intake, FNOL processing, claim assignment, and file maintenance. You will ensure claim data accuracy within internal systems and maintain tracking databases to support team efficiency and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new claims using standard materials.
• Monitor claim progress and follow up with insurers and defense counsel to facilitate resolution.
• Assess claim processing status and assign internal diary dates for next steps.
• Facilitate the exchange of information, such as litigation updates, between clients, counsel, and insurers.
• Communicate claim status via phone and written correspondence to examiners, counsel, and clients.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Organize claim information and coordinate conference calls for claims consultants.
• Organize data for peer benchmarking.
• Act as a liaison between the Claims and Tech teams to drive system modifications and upgrades.
• Enter and update claim information and documentation in the agency management system.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
