About the Role
This project coordinator role supports the Store Design team for a luxury beauty brand, acting as a strategic partner to leadership. The position bridges design operations, project management, and creative design to ensure project visibility, financial accuracy, and operational excellence across all US Luxe brands.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and improve a centralized project tracker for all Store Design projects.
- Partner with leadership and design teams to ensure data accuracy and proactively flag risks or delays.
- Support the creation of presentation materials, project recaps, and status updates for leadership.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive budget tracker for CapEx allocations, POs, bill backs, chargebacks, and surplus management.
- Track Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs) and manage the downstream process including opening Purchase Orders and tracking actuals.
- Assist with new vendor onboarding, contract management, and account modifications.
- Track and reconcile vendor invoices and purchase orders while supporting monthly close activities.
- Manage additional financial flows including photography, merchandising, and maintenance costs.
- Provide flexible design support for ad-hoc projects including floorplan execution and 3D renderings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related creative field.
- 2–4 years of experience in design and project coordination or creative operations.
- Experience supporting multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends during major projects.
