About the Role
The Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator will provide administrative coordination and support to the Recruitment department, focusing on ATS functionality, administrative tasks, and candidate follow-up. This role is crucial for building, managing, and scaling recruitment solutions across the Agency.
Responsibilities
- Support the Recruitment Manager in maximizing ATS usage for a more efficient applicant experience and user interface.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing timely guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with Hiring Managers to ensure timely submission of applicant scorecards.
- Provide training and ongoing support to new and existing users on the effective use of Greenhouse.
- Run routine reports using the ATS for the Recruitment Manager to track recruitment trends, goals, and targets.
- Format, publish, and unpublish job postings via Greenhouse.
- Post job roles promptly while maintaining accurate interview plans and scorecards.
- Analyze recruiting data and metrics using Excel and Greenhouse.
- Track job requisition workflow to ensure all steps are completed.
- Schedule and coordinate recruitment meetings with hiring teams and stakeholders.
- Handle HR-related recruitment inquiries to support internship and college recruitment partnerships.
- Support the Recruitment Manager with sourcing for hard-to-fill and specialized roles.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and support employee engagement initiatives by assisting with orientation, recognition programs, engagement events, and communications that enhance the employee experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
- Attend job fairs as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or similar title preferred or 2 years of experience in a recruitment coordinator role.
- Experience working in an ATS posting jobs, running reports, and tracking recruitment workflow.
- MS Office proficiency, specifically related to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience creating and editing documents in MS Word.
- Experience using Excel for spreadsheets with numeric calculations and charts.
- Experience using PowerPoint for dynamic presentations.
