Responsibilities

  • Design the overall structure of the software platform, including page organization and user navigation.
  • Apply knowledge of advertising technology products to design solutions for complex data and workflow needs.
  • Define how different product parts connect and how users complete multi-step tasks.
  • Create standard layouts and page structures for product consistency and ease of use.
  • Determine the appropriate use of pop-ups, side panels, and similar interface elements.
  • Create diagrams and design documents using Figma to explain product functionality.
  • Utilize an existing company design system to ensure designs adhere to established rules and standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to explain design decisions and support implementation.
  • Support platform-level artificial intelligence features by defining user interaction within the product.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related role OR Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design or related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related role.
  • One (1) year of experience with Figma for component-level and system-level designs, including component creation, prototyping, and library management.
  • One (1) year of experience designing cross-feature UX frameworks and reusable interaction patterns for enterprise workflows, including data-rich or technical SaaS products.
  • One (1) year of experience designing with an enterprise-scale design system.
  • One (1) year of experience working in the ad-tech industry.

Salary/Compensations

  • $137,600 - $206,400 / year
