About the Role

As an ETF Product Specialist, you will drive the growth of the JPMAM ETF lineup by developing new strategies and maintaining the existing product range. You will translate complex data into compelling proposals and collaborate across the firm to solve challenges in building a robust ETF strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed research and analysis to identify and explain Asset Management and ETF market trends.
  • Transform complex data sets and concepts into compelling presentations for product proposals.
  • Act as a thought partner to brainstorm and identify solutions for building a robust ETF strategy.
  • Continuously deepen knowledge of investment, industry, and JPMAM ETF products.
  • Stay current on market environments, ETF trends, and relevant investment research.
  • Project manage complex initiatives to meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to the effective management of the ETF range through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proactively develop, propose, and build consensus on new product enhancements and ideas.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of financial services experience with strong knowledge of financial markets and products.
  • 2+ years of experience in product research and development with the ability to assess data and form conclusions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Broad understanding of J.P. Morgan Asset Management and the ETF landscape.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • High level of self-motivation, integrity, and ethics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across geographically dispersed teams.
