About the Role
Pine is hiring a Mortgage Advisor to facilitate a smooth and quick homebuying experience. This role is critical in shaping internal processes and customer experience, overseeing the flow of applicants through all stages of the mortgage process. We seek a candidate passionate about creating amazing borrower experiences and knowledgeable about mortgage procedures and products.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer deal flow, ensuring prioritization of files in progress.
- Act as a liaison between underwriter, lender, and clients.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop strategies for increasing conversion and building efficient processes to maximize volume.
- Build rapport with customers and help them determine the right product for their needs.
- Ensure all required documentation is procured and reviewed prior to underwriter submission.
Requirements
- A licensed mortgage professional with 2+ years of experience in the industry.
- Proven experience managing a large and diverse client portfolio.
- Customer-obsessed with a passion for delivering exceptional homebuying experiences.
- Eager to learn, adapt, and challenge the status quo to improve existing processes.
