About the Role
Front of House teammates create memorable guest experiences by demonstrating hospitality from arrival to departure. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and preparing signature drinks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Check the quality of each menu item before serving
- Record delivery and take-out orders into the POS system
- Label bags and communicate clearly with delivery drivers
- Package orders to ensure safe transport
- Accept and unpack dessert, retail, and beverage ingredient deliveries
- Resolve service issues resourcefully
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks quickly and accurately
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- Adhere to health and safety procedures
- Complete inventory counts
- Articulate product knowledge to coworkers and guests
- Memorize menu items and ingredients
- Communicate openly with front and back of house staff regarding shortages and assistance
Requirements
- Open and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to bend and reach
- Comfortable handling a knife
