About the Role

This is your opportunity to become a core part of On’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Store Retail team. On will rely on you to deliver exceptional customer service while embodying On’s core values and passion for movement. Our Tokyo Store is the hallmark of the On brand, delivering a premium product and innovative customer experience with cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate through On's values and brand philosophy in team and customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and creating solutions.
• Manage a specific store area (e.g., Back of House, Product, Team Experience, Community) and implement strategy.
• Handle cash transactions, opening/closing procedures, and point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain loss prevention standards.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of technical product information and stay up-to-date with On’s global activities.
• Train the team on technical product knowledge.
• Contribute feedback to improve store processes, customer engagement, and team happiness.
• Maintain visual standards in the store to deliver a premium experience and optimize sell-through.
• Manage stockroom strategy and inventory management standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a retail work environment.
• 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work independently and as part of a team.
• Eye for maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or other ERP systems is appreciated.
• Ability to maintain outstanding stockroom conditions and inventory management standards.
