About the Role

We are hiring Front of House and Back of House professionals for a new Modern American Steakhouse, built on craft, hospitality, and excellence. Carver Road Hospitality invests in, develops, and operates award-winning restaurants and lifestyle experiences, known for elevating standards and creating unforgettable guest moments.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables
• Place and replace silverware
• Keep beverage glasses full
• Adhere to sanitation and safety policies
• Clean machines and appliances
• Maintain general cleanliness and orderliness of the coffee and bread station
• Set up bread trays and butter dishes
• Prepare coffee and tea beverages
• Perform side-work and other opening/closing procedures
• Sort soiled China, glasses, and silverware
• Polish glasses and silverware
• Restock server stations
• Maintain general cleanliness and stock paper supply in guest restrooms
• Empty trash receptacles
• Sweep floors
• Restock all supplies in the dining room
• Ensure dining areas and service stations are clean and organized
• Anticipate and accommodate guest needs
• Provide professional and exceptional service
• Communicate guest needs to support staff, servers, managers, and chefs
• Protect establishment, guests, and employees by adhering to sanitation standards
• Report all breakage and damage of equipment or furniture immediately
• Attend and participate in daily pre-service meetings
• Update knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities
• Maintain professional appearance standards

Requirements

• Previous busser/hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant/lounge
• Must be able to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods of time
• Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs
• Role may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motion
• Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials may occur
• Must be able to work and remain focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
