About the Role

This position serves as a key member of the Global Rewards team, participating in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation, benefit, and wellness programs globally. The role is primarily a senior-level individual contributor focused on EMEA markets, contributing to and sometimes leading global projects related to total rewards programs.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the review, development, and implementation of salary, incentive, recognition, benefit, and wellness programs to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Develops detailed analysis and recommends plan revisions and new plans consistent with total rewards trends and company objectives.
  • Ensures guidance of the internal approval matrix and stays updated on compensation and benefits regulations in EMEA markets.
  • Conducts detailed analysis of workforce, compensation, and financial data to identify trends and propose solutions.
  • Conducts job analysis and reviews requests for new or revised jobs, including competitive analysis of offers.
  • Partners with Regional and Country HR regarding the selection of benefit vendors and wellness service providers, including negotiation and service review.
  • Monitors administrative costs of benefit programs and recommends cost management strategies.
  • Prepares budgetary recommendations and assists in monitoring and reconciling budgeted funds.
  • Reviews and advises on senior hire compensation across the region.
  • Analyzes and advises on cross-border relocations to ensure compensation competitiveness and tax impact.
  • Works evenings and early mornings to participate in global meetings due to regional and global responsibilities.
  • Ensures effective relationships with compensation and benefit consultants, vendors, and legal counsel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Ideally 8+ years of global compensation and benefits, finance, or related analyst experience.
  • Experience involving implementation and program/project management.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and modeling.
  • Experience with employment and income tax laws for EMEA countries.
  • Experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements for EMEA countries.
  • Knowledge of regulations and operating guidelines for company locations.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to develop models to analyze and forecast compensation and benefits expenses.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and reporting tools.
  • Ability to build advanced charts and data models.
  • Excellent financial analytical skills.
  • Strong presentation and written skills.
  • Strong interest in human resource management and working across international markets.
  • Thorough understanding of regional and global macroeconomic trends (GDP, unemployment rates, price indices, national income, output, consumption, unemployment, inflation, savings, investment, international trade, and finance).
  • Project Management Experience.
  • Knowledge of the 'Workday' HRIS platform is a plus.
