About the Role

The Strategy & Ops Senior Associate role is an experienced generalist role suited for an "all-around athlete" capable of solving a range of problems and opportunities. The role offers exposure to diverse challenges and requires resourcefulness, adaptability, and a deep-diving approach to problem-solving. The initial focus will be on the Billing team, with specific projects determined by the candidate's strengths and team needs.

Responsibilities

Build an internal predictive analytics model and corresponding underwriting process to catch bad payers early.
Research, vet, and onboard a new vendor for AI agents in customer-facing collections.
Redesign the process for converting workplaces to new payment methods to speed up cash conversion.
Manage a team of Billing Account Managers.
Maximize profitability by collecting money as fast as possible and minimizing losses while preserving customer experience.
Ensure high-quality growth by converting revenue into cash.
Optimize collections to ensure sustainable, high-quality growth and convert top-line revenue into cash.

Requirements

Must have a reliable laptop/desktop (no Chromebooks or Linux OS).
Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection required.
Wired headset for clear communication is necessary.
A quiet, distraction-free workspace is essential.
Stable power and internet connectivity are required.
Performance on case studies and interviews is the most important aspect of candidacy.
Years of relevant working experience will be considered for work placement and compensation.
