About the Role
Superhuman is seeking a Senior Program Manager, GTM Operations to operationalize GTM processes, enable teams, and drive planning and coordination for product launches and large-scale campaign programs. This role is crucial for integrating multiple Go-To-Market motions and ensuring seamless execution across business units, channel partners, and creative operations.
Responsibilities
- Stand up and operationalize GTM processes across business units, including launch sequencing, readiness tracking, brief frameworks, and planning cadences.
- Enable BU teams and channel partners on new processes to ensure adoption and consistent execution.
- Build BU-specific and cross-portfolio playbooks for learning, adaptation, and independent operation.
- Identify and drive solutions for process gaps that hinder GTM efficiency.
- Lead large-scale campaign programs end-to-end, coordinating BU leaders, channel teams, and Creative Ops from brief creation through execution.
- Ensure campaigns have complete strategic briefs before Creative Ops kickoff.
- Maintain cross-BU campaign calendars and keep stakeholders aligned on sequencing and dependencies.
- Surface and resolve conflicts, gaps, and risks across the campaign portfolio.
- Serve as the coordination layer between BU leaders, PMMs, DPMs, TPMs, and channel partners.
- Connect product readiness timelines to campaign production schedules.
- Keep GTM priorities, blockers, and dependencies visible to senior GTM leadership.
- Develop deep fluency in Superhuman Docs and partner with program management teams to optimize its use across GTM workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve cross-tool collaboration (Superhuman Docs, Asana, Jira).
- Build and maintain GTM artifacts within the operational hub, including active projects, launch trackers, brief templates, and workback calendars.
Requirements
- 6 to 8+ years of program management or GTM operations experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to flex across multiple products, business units, or GTM motions simultaneously.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills across Product, Marketing, Sales, Design, and Creative Ops.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex programs and facilitate alignment across leadership teams.
- Experience leading end-to-end campaign programs, from brief creation through execution.
- Ability to stand up processes from scratch and enable teams to adopt and run them independently.
- Familiarity with both PLG and Sales-led GTM motions.
- Tooling-literate: comfortable evaluating and operating across Coda, Asana, Jira, and similar tools.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and automation to reduce manual lift and improve operational workflows.
- Relationship-first operator who earns trust before driving change.
- Experience with paid acquisition or performance marketing workflows is a plus.
