About the Role

The Casino Attendant is responsible for the sanitization of the kitchen and dining areas of Aramark's various casinos. This position requires individuals with a strong attention to detail, a dedication to customer service, and a positive, friendly demeanor. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the food service area.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize kitchen and dining areas.
• Scrape and wash dishes/pots.
• Attend to the self-service line.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Prepare and serve hot food (may be required).
• Work as a kitchen expediter, organizing orders and ensuring timely delivery to correct tables (may be required).
• Ensure accurate handling of all food products and equipment to meet food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the food service work area.
• Complete daily side work and required logs.
• Perform restocking and cleaning tasks.
• Maintain accurate inventory and waste records.
• Work positively and encouragingly with diverse individuals.
• Respectfully handle customer complaints.

Requirements

• Comply with all company safety, security, emergency, and energy policies and procedures.
• Arrive to work on time and in full uniform.
• Maintain the cleaning schedule for equipment and facilities.
• Possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Be flexible and willing to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to wear uniforms and/or personal protective equipment (PPE).
