About the Role

IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to lead the launch of a new CNS-focused clinical research site in Austin, TX. This role requires an experienced professional capable of working independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment, with initial flexibility to support both the new CNS site and an established local clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Independently coordinate CNS clinical trials from start-up through close-out
  • Manage patient visits, assessments, and clinical data collection
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation and protocol compliance
  • Support new site launch with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and site staff
  • Flex between CNS site and existing Austin clinic as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of clinical research coordination experience
  • Experience with psychiatric clinical trials including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and related CNS/mental health studies
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage studies independently
  • Phlebotomy experience
