About the Role
IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to lead the launch of a new CNS-focused clinical research site in Austin, TX. This role requires an experienced professional capable of working independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment, with initial flexibility to support both the new CNS site and an established local clinic.
Responsibilities
- Independently coordinate CNS clinical trials from start-up through close-out
- Manage patient visits, assessments, and clinical data collection
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation and protocol compliance
- Support new site launch with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and site staff
- Flex between CNS site and existing Austin clinic as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of clinical research coordination experience
- Experience with psychiatric clinical trials including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and related CNS/mental health studies
- Ability to work autonomously and manage studies independently
- Phlebotomy experience
