About the Role

The Assembler – Mechanical III plays a key role in assembling electro-mechanical components and subassemblies, ensuring functional testing is performed per customer and engineering criteria while maintaining high standards of precision and quality. The role contributes to reliable product performance and operational excellence through strong mechanical aptitude, soldering skills, and fine-detail craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Assembling electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to documented procedures and BOM requirements
Performing functional testing based on customer specifications and engineering standards
Using hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment to complete high-accuracy builds
Applying hands-on soldering skills to support component and wiring assembly
Inspecting parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and performance criteria
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following established processes
Collaborating with team members and supporting continuous improvement activities

Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in soldering and small-parts assembly
Proficiency in using hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and an ownership mindset
Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and handle small components with fine motor control
This position requires current work authorization in the country of employment.
