Responsibilities

  • Assembling electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to documented procedures and BOM requirements
  • Performing functional testing based on customer specifications and engineering standards
  • Using hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment to complete high-accuracy builds
  • Applying hands-on soldering skills to support component and wiring assembly
  • Inspecting parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and performance criteria
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following established processes
  • Collaborating with team members and supporting continuous improvement activities

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in soldering and small-parts assembly
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and an ownership mindset
  • Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and handle small components with fine motor control
