  • Build and maintain a clear view of the revenue bridge, modeling new sales, retention, pricing, and mix.
  • Translate analysis into structured business cases and investment decisions.
  • Surface channel-specific opportunities across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C segments.
  • Partner with Operations and FP&A to ensure resource plans and financial models support client obsession and profitable growth.
  • Own the membership product strategy, defining and maintaining clear value propositions.
  • Keep the portfolio competitive and fresh by monitoring competitors and global benchmarks.
  • Drive the product roadmap by translating strategy into prioritized enhancements, innovations, and partnership opportunities.
  • Lead the membership narrative in collaboration with marketing and sales.
  • Align stakeholders on priorities, sequencing trade-offs, and driving go-to-market execution.
  • Understand client moments that matter to drive satisfaction using utilization data, CSAT, and feedback.
  • Design and continuously improve the end-to-end member journey in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Represent the client's voice in cross-functional forums.
  • Develop and evolve pricing architecture to grow average revenue per user (ARPU).
  • Lead offer strategy, designing and refining bundling, packaging, and promotional constructs.
  • Use market benchmarks, cohort analysis, and client willingness-to-pay signals to inform pricing and offer recommendations.
  • Partner with Finance on impact modeling and with Sales and Marketing on positioning and rollout of changes.

Requirements

  • Deep fluency in subscription economics (cohort analysis, churn modelling, LTV, ARPU, retention curves).
  • Proven track record of building and executing growth plans.
  • Strong analytical instincts, with the ability to model data, ask critical questions, and create clear business cases.
  • Practical adoption of AI tools for analysis and decision-making.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally and build buy-in without authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Background in telecom, loyalty programs, financial services, consumer health, or premium wellness is strongly preferred.
