- Assist in auditing, mapping, and centralizing global spend patterns for Trayport and TSX platforms.
- Prepare, edit, and format financial spreadsheets, cost-tracking dashboards, and summaries for executive review.
- Explore Google Gemini to automate financial data categorization, text extraction from security vendor contracts/invoices, and routine reporting tasks.
- Perform other related data-entry or administrative financial tasks and contribute to special departmental or compliance projects.
- Execute comprehensive financial analysis to determine technology and security cost allocations per person and per workstation.
- Finalize baseline projects and operational tasks transitioned from the outgoing intern cohort.

- Ability to work independently, handle large datasets, and manage multiple tasks effectively without losing accuracy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain financial data trends clearly to technology stakeholders.
- Highly resourceful, analytical, and a proactive problem solver who enjoys "detective work" in financial data.
