About the Role
As an Ecommerce Analyst, you will support Cartier’s Ecommerce team in optimizing the end-to-end online order journey within a luxury retail environment. This role involves building reporting to drive decisions, monitoring system health, gathering requirements for site enhancements, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in Excel and Looker to track KPIs across the order lifecycle.
- Leverage GA4 to monitor site performance, user behavior, and funnel metrics.
- Own weekly and monthly reporting cycles, preparing performance summaries with clear callouts for trends, anomalies, and recommended actions.
- Proactively monitor backend platforms (SFCC, Fluent OMS, SAP) to identify bugs, system errors, and performance issues.
- Leverage AI-powered monitoring tools (e.g., Noibu) to track and manage ongoing site health.
- Monitor ticket progress in JIRA, follow up with development teams, and escalate blockers.
- Attend sprint reviews with development teams and facilitate regular check-ins between business and technical stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary market contact for day-to-day issues.
- Lead QA processes during deployments, system updates, and site enhancements.
- Develop and maintain QA checklists and testing protocols.
- Flag regression issues and coordinate with development teams to resolve defects.
- Serve as a cross-functional point of contact in support of the E-Commerce Manager on client experience and UI/UX improvement initiatives.
- Manage project administration for site and order journey enhancements.
- Leverage order journey and site analytics to identify UX friction points and recommend specific enhancements.
- Gather, synthesize, and document requirements for site and order journey enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
- Experience with or strong aptitude for learning Looker and GA4.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar project/issue tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
- Self-starter and critical problem solver with a logical mindset.
- Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable distilling complex data into clear takeaways.
- Effective communicator across both technical and non-technical audiences.
