About the Role

To support Cartier’s online business, the e-commerce team must provide excellent service through well-run operations and coordination between departments, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of e-commerce orders and local administration of the order platform. The e-business administrator will primarily support seamless order flow to ensure timely and accurate e-commerce order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting daily operations including order processing, coordination & tracking of stock transfers, and order return & exchange processing
  • Daily monitoring of Client Relations Center/E-Commerce inbox
  • Collaborate with Client Relations Center, Supply Chain, Logistics, Fraud, Sales Audit, and IT support teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Perform daily website and order flow checks, escalating issues as needed
  • Monitor complete order flow across multiple systems for accuracy and identify any issues/bugs
  • Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and process tracking for the ecommerce team

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and minimum of 3-4 years related professional experience
  • Relevant supply chain merchandising experience preferred

  • Prior experience with SAP and Salesforce systems is strongly preferred
  • Team player with initiative, ability to prioritize and multi-task without sacrificing attention to detail, thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, project management, communication, and follow-through skills required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrates logical analysis and independent problem-solving skills
