Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a region of ShipBob fulfillment centers.
- Track and report KPIs for improvement and hold the team accountable.
- Develop and manage Operations Support Manager(s) to implement ideas quickly.
- Provide professional development for leadership teams.
- Scope capital improvements and investments in machinery, technology, and software.
- Navigate rapidly evolving rules and protocols within the e-commerce industry.
- Work with Merchant Care, Sales, and Customer Service teams to establish internal SLAs.
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team on partner evaluations.
- Ensure strategic and operational decisions support a safe, legal, and quality-compliant supply chain.
- Provide guidance and oversight to SFN management teams, reinforcing compliance and continuous improvement.
- Comply with all food safety and compliance policies and regulations.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in operations, logistics, supply chain, business or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive operations, fulfillment, logistics, and warehouse management experience.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer package fulfillment.
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel.
- Deep experience with WMS systems and partnerships with product teams to build new functionalities.
- Ability to communicate data and recommendations effectively.
- Willingness to get hands dirty in a growing company.
- Ability to travel 50% to regional sites.
- Experience supplying Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and/or managing Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) is a plus.
