About the Role
As Vice President, Consulting, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of a high-performing consulting organization while maintaining executive ownership of client delivery, operational excellence, and business growth. This role requires a visionary leader who can influence C-suite executives, lead senior consulting leaders, shape organizational strategy, and position the firm as a trusted advisor for enterprise organizations navigating complex cybersecurity challenges. You'll partner closely with executive leadership to expand the business, strengthen strategic client relationships, develop future leaders, and ensure world-class service delivery across multiple regions and engagement teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with executive stakeholders and strategic enterprise clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor during critical cybersecurity events, executive briefings, and strategic engagements.
- Guide executive communications and escalation management during high-impact incidents.
- Influence business and technology decisions through strategic consulting and industry expertise.
- Ensure exceptional delivery standards across a portfolio of complex consulting engagements.
- Define and execute the long-term strategy for the consulting practice.
- Establish service vision, operational priorities, and innovation initiatives that support business growth.
- Align consulting operations with organizational objectives and evolving market demands.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery methodologies, governance, and client experience.
- Own business growth objectives while partnering closely with Business Development and executive leadership.
- Support strategic partnerships, enterprise account expansion, and new market opportunities.
- Contribute to major proposals, executive presentations, and high-value client pursuits.
- Strengthen the firm's competitive positioning through differentiated consulting solutions and exceptional client outcomes.
- Lead and mentor senior consulting leaders, including Directors, Principals, and other executive team members.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive succession planning, leadership development, and organizational capability building.
- Champion employee engagement, coaching, and professional development initiatives.
- Represent the organization at conferences, executive forums, webinars, and industry events.
- Build the firm's reputation through thought leadership, strategic partnerships, and market influence.
- Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity trends and translate industry insights into business strategy and client value.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, digital forensics, incident response, cyber resilience, or related professional services.
- 8+ years of executive leadership experience leading consulting organizations, business units, or enterprise professional services teams.
- Demonstrated success managing large consulting portfolios and executive client relationships.
- Experience owning business growth initiatives, revenue objectives, and strategic account expansion.
- Proven ability to lead Directors, senior consulting leaders, and cross-functional executive teams.
- Strong background in delivery governance, operational excellence, and organizational leadership.
- Outstanding executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience representing an organization publicly through conferences, publications, or industry leadership activities.

- USD $120,000–$180,000 per year + performance bonus
