About the Role

Sayville Ford is seeking a reliable, professional, and goal-oriented individual for their growing Business Development office. The ideal candidate will work well in a team environment, support colleagues, and contribute to the company's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Call, email, and text all incoming leads.
• Leave thorough notes on each customer interaction.
• Follow up diligently until customers are resolved.
• Schedule appointments for potential clients to visit the dealership.
• Actively work with clients to contribute to store visits and purchases.

Requirements

• Must be reliable, professional, and goal-oriented.
• Must work well with others in a team environment.
• Must be willing to help colleagues and look out for the greater good of the company.
• Must have a 40-hour work week availability.
• Must be available to work one weekend day.
• Must be available to work at least one night (no later than 7pm).
• Must adhere to appropriate work attire.
• Must demonstrate punctual work habits.
• Must be a driven individual that wants to surpass objectives and complete tasks correctly and thoroughly.
