Responsibilities
- Plan and execute engaging, curriculum-based lessons.
- Help toddlers master social-emotional skills, communication, and vocabulary.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and inspiration to assistant teachers and volunteers.
- Communicate with families about child's milestones, progress, and achievements.
- Observe, document, and assess each child's development.
- Maintain a safe, loving, and healthy environment, strictly following safety protocols.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a childcare setting, specifically with toddlers (18-38 months).
- Current MAT, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
