About the Role
Tenstorrent is seeking a Technical Program Manager to help build the next generation of AI-driven program execution. The role involves turning fragmented signals into clear decisions, manual workflows into scalable automations, and business logic into agentic solutions. This position is on the Agentic TPM team and is designed for a self-directed leader who can identify opportunities independently, structure ambiguous work into concrete programs, and drive implementation.
Responsibilities

- Build integrated program structures across scope, schedule, metrics, risks, dependencies, and status.
- Partner across engineering, infrastructure, data, and tooling teams to automate workflows, improve data quality, and deliver executive-ready reporting.
Requirements
- Self-starter with proven ability to identify solutions to complex, cross-functional, and ever-changing problems and drive execution end-to-end.
- Strong technical understanding of basic data architecture, systems integration patterns, telemetry pipelines, graphs, statistics, and workflow design.
- Comfortable translating business logic into scalable workflows, automations, prompts, agents, and operational guardrails.
- Highly effective working across systems such as Jira, CI, bug trackers, telemetry platforms, planning tools, and internal dashboards.
- Clear, concise, and executive-ready in written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years leading complex technical programs, workflow/tooling initiatives, or data-driven operations, with substantial experience as a TPM, technical lead, or similar cross-functional owner.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, telemetry/data pipelines, dashboards, graph-based reporting, and basic statistics, with the technical depth to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Proven ability to build integrated program structures across scope, schedule, metrics, risks, dependencies, and status.
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
