About the Role

The London Cross Cultural Learner Centre is seeking a dependable and organized individual to provide backup reception coverage and administrative support on an as-needed basis to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide reception coverage during employee absences and leaves
  • Greet visitors and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls
  • Monitor and respond to general inquiries
  • Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational, employee, and client information

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Clear Vulnerable Persons Police Check
