Responsibilities
- Perform initial and ongoing screening of residents and their property according to established rules.
- Supervise clients in self-medication with oversight.
- Conduct health and welfare checks in alignment with unit policies and procedures.
- Communicate all pertinent information, incidents, and emergencies using appropriate systems, including the SAC communications log, incident log, and 24-hour On Call system.
- Provide crisis intervention and follow-up, including documentation.
- Oversee and manage the client population within the residence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
