About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and optimize deep learning models for autonomous driving, focusing on end-to-end architectures (perception, online mapping, planning).
- Manage the full machine learning workflow: data curation, analysis, model experimentation, hyperparameter tuning, and performance verification.
- Collaborate with simulation, infrastructure, and planning/control teams to deploy and integrate ML components.
- Track and test the latest research in computer vision and generative AI to solve real-world challenges.
Requirements
- Trained neural networks through coursework, research, projects, or internships.
- Strong theoretical foundation in machine learning and deep learning, including modern architectures (Transformers, CNNs, Graphs).
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, clean coding).
- High self-motivation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong team-player mindset.
- Experience in computer vision, particularly in 3D.
- Research or thesis experience in Computer Vision (2D/3D), Online Mapping, Prediction, or Behavioral Modeling.
- Track record of research publications in ML, computer vision, or robotics conferences/journals.
- Hands-on experience with model deployment, quantization, distillation, or inference acceleration tools (e.g., TensorRT, ONNX, CUDA, C++).
- Prior internship experience in autonomous driving or advanced robotics.
