About the Role
The SAP Internship Experience Program is a global, strategic, paid internship providing university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. As an intern in the SAP Signavio Experience team, you will support initiatives that strengthen the experience across the SAP Signavio Suite, working collaboratively with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineering partners.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to UX design activities by creating low fidelity wireframes, simple prototypes, and visual concepts.
- Support UX research activities including desk research, study preparation, documentation, and analysis of feedback.
- Assist in synthesizing insights into clear recommendations for product teams.
- Organize workshops, presentations, templates, reports, and internal communications.
- Develop and maintain research repositories and insight libraries.
- Review user experience and adherence to guidelines for analytical dashboards.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in experience design, communication design, media design, psychology, or a related field.
- Foundational experience or coursework in UX research, UX design, interaction design, visual design, or service design.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, or prototypes using tools like Figma or Mural.
- Familiarity with research methods such as interviews, usability testing, and survey design.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Organized, proactive, curious, and willing to learn.
- Fluency in English.
- Submission of a portfolio or visual samples of work.
