About the Role

The SAP Internship Experience Program (iXp) is a global, strategic, paid internship program that empowers students to find purpose in their careers. It is more than an internship – it is the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact. As an intern in SAP Signavio's Experience team, you will support initiatives that strengthen the user experience across the entire SAP Signavio Suite. You will work closely with designers, research experts, product managers, and development partners, gaining hands-on experience in strategic design, research operations, and user experience measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in UX Design activities by creating low fidelity wireframes, simple prototypes, and visual concepts to communicate design ideas and support decisions.
  • Support UX Research activities such as desk research, study preparation, insight documentation, or qualitative and quantitative feedback analysis.
  • Assist in synthesizing insights and translating them into clear recommendations for product teams.
  • Help prepare and organize workshops, presentations, templates, reports, and internal communications.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of research repositories and insight libraries.
  • Support the review of user experience and adherence to guidelines for analytical dashboards.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Experience Design, Communication Design, Media Design, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of UX Research, UX Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or Service Design.
  • Ability to create wireframes, user flows, or prototypes for concept communication (e.g., in Figma, Mural, or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with research methods such as interviews, usability tests, questionnaire design, or insight synthesis.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present insights or design decisions to various stakeholders.
  • Organized, proactive work approach and willingness to learn and take responsibility.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
  • Interest in process improvement and analytics is a plus.
  • Portfolio or visual work samples must be included with the application.
