About the Role
The Nurse Practitioner contributes to AHF by monitoring patients, preparing comprehensive patient care plans, and conducting diagnostic tests at one of our Wellness Centers. This role enhances the experience of our members and patients through compassionate care, timely treatment, and by acting as a medical resource.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients and prepare comprehensive patient care plans.
- Conduct diagnostic tests.
- Evaluate lab reports.
- Provide information on how to reduce the risk of contracting an STI.
- Interpret healthcare conditions.
- Provide special attention to patient charts.
- Treat patients in a timely manner.
- Act as a medical resource.
- Provide counseling and guidance as needed.
- Enhance the reputation of AHF by being a team-player.
- Treat all patients, including walk-ins, with respect and the highest level of care.
- Allow physicians to provide treatment efficiently.
