About the Role
The Lead Solution Architect will work in lockstep with the sales team by owning the “how” of the solutions, while being comfortable speaking in the “why”. You will help define the Go-To-Market strategy for Optimizely AI products and present solutions, always linking back to customer value.
Responsibilities
- Work is self-generated and self-directed based on manager approved goals.
- Project scopes are more strategic in nature.
- Use excellent discovery techniques to understand customer pains / desires and lead the customer towards a solution through excellent storytelling and demonstration.
- Understand the Optimizely AI platform and adjacent capabilities of our Go-To-Market motion.
