About the Role
This role is a critical team member focused on executing client engagements and practice development within CFO advisory services. The position involves supporting senior leadership, developing knowledge management tools, performing high-quality client work, and assisting with practice development and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Managing Directors in practice growth and development.
- Develop knowledge management tools, methodologies, reports, models, work plans, checklists, and processes.
- Perform high-quality client work and develop client relationships for CFO advisory service assignments.
- Proactively anticipate client needs.
- Assist with practice development and marketing, including material development, surveys, events, and case studies.
- Participate in writing thought leadership pieces relevant to CFOs and the OCFO practice.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a business-related major or economics.
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in financial management consulting or a mix of corporate finance, accounting, and consulting roles.
- Job requires travel to clients and to the FTI office.
Skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) certification is preferred.
- MBA is preferred.
- Experience with business intelligence or data analytics tools is preferred.
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong ability to develop financial models with minimal oversight.

Salary/Compensations
- Minimum Pay: $196,500.00
- Maximum Pay: $413,000.00
