About the Role

This role focuses on analyzing social and digital data to provide clients with insights into their audiences and content. You will extract insights from projects, clean data, perform analysis using social intelligence tools, identify trends, and create reports and presentations with actionable recommendations. The position involves managing multiple workstreams, ensuring accuracy, and proactively identifying potential issues with timelines, budgets, or data quality. You will act as a liaison between raw data and actionable insights, helping teams understand audience behavior, platform opportunities, and emerging cultural trends.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze social and digital data to uncover content, audience, industry, and cultural insights.
  • Build clear, client-ready reports and presentations with compelling narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Manage data collection, cleaning, and analysis across multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Utilize a range of social intelligence and analytics tools to support reporting and measurement.
  • Apply research and measurement methodologies to answer client business questions.
  • Present findings and trends confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Identify emerging platform trends, audience behaviors, and opportunities relevant to client challenges.
  • Ensure analytical quality, accuracy, and consistency across deliverables.
  • Proactively flag timeline, budget, or data quality risks.

Requirements

  • Experience in social marketing analytics, digital analytics, or communications measurement.
  • Experience working with B2B clients is ideal, but not essential.
  • Excellent business writing and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, strategic narratives.
  • Hands-on experience with Sprinklr Analytics (Marketing and Social modules essential).
  • Experience working with earned and owned social measurement frameworks.

Skills

  • Social listening, audience, and measurement platforms (e.g., Talkwalker, Brandwatch, NewsWhip, Tubular, Audiense, StatSocial, Tagger, Sprout Social).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook), including analytics, algorithms, and content performance metrics.
  • Writing Boolean queries and extracting social, digital, or media data.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
  • Familiarity with LLMs and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
